Series on my visit to VITÓRIA - The Capital City of the State of ESPÍRITO SANTO - one of the four states in the SOUTHEASTERN Region of BRAZIL (SÃO PAULO - SP, MINAS GERAIS - MG, RIO DE JANEIRO - RJ and ESPÍRITO SANTO - ES) and one of the three brazilian capital cities situated on an island (VITÓRIA/ESPÍRITO SANTO, FLORIANÓPOLIS/SANTA CATARINA and SÃO LUÍS/MARANHÃO) - from August 12th to 14th, 2011 - #040 !

After visiting the CONVENTO DA PENHA/CLIFF'S CONVENT, I walked around the city of VILA VELHA and that included this small beach in the VITÓRIA'S BAY!

Law school will soon start again. Dear TE friends, I'll be less frequent around, but will surely visit this site I love as much as I can during the next five months.

you have to go back and get more photos of that green boat! what a subject that is! its great that you have a bit of a city skyline in the bg too, just to complete the scene.

Very beautiful view from the beach at the boats and skyline of the city. Looks like the boats are waiting for owners. Excellent colours, sharp details, great quality od the picture. Thanks for intaresting note.

sempre ricche di colori le tue immagini brasiliane.
Mi ricordo di aver già commentato una immagine simile, nella quale contrapponevi ai grattacieli della sponda opposta l'acqua verdastra e una serie di barche dai colori variopinti.
Quanto detto allora vale anche per questa che ripete le stesse caratteristiche. Bella la composizione ed anche i colori, anche se, forse, una saturazione un po' meno accentuata, potrebbe dare maggiore luminosità all'immagine e rendere i colori più brillanti.
Sempre precise le note a corredo.

Hello Ney,
The group of little boats make an agreeable pattern and give the image depth. They also offer a good contrast with the austere lines of the high rise buildings in the background. The image is agreeably lit and has very good colours and sharpness.
