Quiet Side, a photo from Espirito Santo, Southeast

Back to Guarapari, in its quieter side, with clearer waters. On the foreground we have part of the continent, seen from the track in the nearby mountain. After that, we see part of the "Ilha da Raposa" (Fox Island), and, at the distance, Escalvada Island, with the Lighthouse and place of great dives. This is where the greatest number of sea species has been found in Brazil.

This is such a breath taking landscape from distant land! with so much depth, detail and focal of interests in wonderful colors and ligtings. Your elevated viewpoint showing one great vista superbly composed ensuring the main focals hold the attention in allowing us to appreciate fully all the details, even the most distant.

But i love such calm tones, the layers of diff color and shades on the islands making this shot so evocative. This is such a splendour of nature beauty well taken and this shot does give us a sense of peace/space and solitude. Appreciate the infor note and tks for sharing, Congrats

Hi Fabiano,

You're capturing well the part of this island by a good angle and excellent tone/clarity, so it's interesting and impressive to see the some peninsulas with the rich greenery, and quiet blue sea. It's effective for the crossing peninsula, too. The whole is harmonized well by beautiful arrangement/color combination.

The layers work well...blue, green, blue...The parts of the leaves in the FG help provide depth. Good colour contrasts which result from the fine light. Nice work!
