The river Guaíba is a river that if finds in the state of Rio Grande Do Sul, Brazil, and is an extension of the lagoon of the Ducks. The chain characteristics, winds and vegetation in the edges lead to conclude that the Guaíba is a lake and community considers the scientific it as such, but maioritariamente are called river Guaíba. The Gravataí rivers, Bells, I fell and the Yacuí discharges in the Delta of the Yacuy (Delta of the Jacuí), forming then to the Guaíba, that bathes the cities of Porto Alegre, Eldorado of the South, Guaíba, Bar of the Ribeiro and Viamão. From the Guaíba, the waters go for the lagoon of the Ducks and, for consequência, to the Atlantic Ocean.
