Photographer's Note

This is a savage duck I found in a small water reservoir in a pasture, it is a red-foot duck (Amazonetta brasiliensis). In the foreground you can see some volcanic red soil and the yellow "iron stones", typical from my homeland. The people who was born in northern-Paraná is named "red foot" because the red color of our soil that, when humid, paints our shoes in red, something that occurred with me today.
