Serra da Capivara, rocks and colours Photo

Photographer’s Note

These are rocks in Serra da Capivara in São Raimundo Nonato in the South of Piaui.
Serra da Capivara is one of the most important archaeological sites in the world.
According to one of the thesis about the arrival of the man in our continent, he arrived there, coming from Africa, crossing the Atlantic ocean.
Niéde Guidon is a brazilian archaeologist that has dedicated herself to study this place.She lives there since 1973 and we can say that the world has to thanks for her dedication and work .
Researches were made using Carbon 14 and its found traces of the presence of the man in that place 48.000 years ago.
There are an American Man Museum where the studious, researchers and visitors can see a lot of traces of the presence of the man in that place.

In the WS you can see a skeleton that has the age of 30000 years.

I like your notes also your time to put together such good facts,also the history of this area.

Bonjour Maria,
un plan rapproché qui ne manque pas de couleurs en effet. J'aurais tout de même cadré avec un pe plus de recul pour ne pas couper à gauche.

uma imagem quase abstrata, derivada da textura e cores das rochas. gostei do enquadramento e das cores. este é um local que ainda quero conhecer, a caatinga é o único bioma que aida não conheci de perto.

Hello Maria, Fantastic colours and texture you have captured in these rocks. 40,000 years is such a long time, that man in the WS version doe not look too good but I suppose after 30,000 years what can we expect HeHeHe. Thank you also for your interesting note.
