Photographer’s Note

This is the school that I posted a picture of its entrance here, in my last post.
Excuse me for the not good quality of this picture. I didn't use tripod. I wanted show the school and its architecture. I posted a picture of it some mounths ago, but I took it in the morning.
If you have some suggestions of how to improve it, please tell me, friends.

Hello Maria,
I think if you had a tripod you would have more sharper photo. I do not have too much success with night photos, although my camera is small one.
I am sure you will get much better advice from te members that look on your photos.
I need to look back on your postings to see this school as you posted then.
I would have cropped off the street lighting,it does not serve purpose.
I just done a work shop,see what you think..

I just looked on your Amazonas Theatre, it was a good night photo, I could not open the photo info, it would not open.

que iluminação bonita, hein? Eu não me importo nem um pouco se foi com ou sem tripé. O importante é que você estava lá e o registro foi feito. Parabéns e obrigado por compartilhar conosco!

Hi Maria,
the colors are wonderful and the composition is good.
Try to find something to place your camera upon. Mostly you can find a pole, treebranche or whatever that can replace a tripod.

gostei da luz e das cores, o pov é eficiente para mostrar a fachada e onde aquele detalhe da entrada se posiciona. legal a luz do poste que parece um astro no céu escuro.um pouco mais de nitidez ficaria melhor

Bonjour Maria,
il me semble que tu nous as habitués à mieux que cela. Bien sûr les photos nocturnes sont difficiles et demandent souvent l'utilisation d'un tripod,; sinon on obtient beaucoup de flou comme ici.
La maitrise des lumières n'est pas non plus des meilleures, voilà au moins un genre de photo à améliorer.

Apesar da falta de qualidade nao deixa de ser uma foto muito interessante. Gosto do contraste entre cores e da perspectiva. Contudo, prefiro a foto em WS

Tripe, nessas cenas é essencial, senão tiver um utilize uma superfície firme (uma marquize, carro...) e se sua camera for compacta use o timer dela, pois o simples clicar (mesmo em superfície firme) é suficiente para tremer a foto.

Concordo com o Carlos, é claro que ocorreram determinados probleminhas, mas o importante é que vc estava lá e registrou. E também, tem um detalhe, a gente só aprende se tentar fazer. As cores estão bonitas. Abraço, Consuelo

Olá Maria,
uma iluminação bonita tem esse local, mas para fotos como essa é indispensável mesmo o tripé, pra manter a imagem bem nítida, acho que resolveria o problema dessa foto, uma outra dica é sempre usar em torno de -1EV na exposição em fotografias noturas, deixa o aspecto da foto bem mais bonito.

A good nightt's shot with beautiful colours well collected. A POV well selected too give an interesting propsect to the coloured houses.

prefiro com a lâmpada, lógico - de ilusão também se vive!! - mas o trabalho de sharpness do rob está bom demais.
gostei muito das cores, parece mesmo uma pintura.

Well, without tripod and for 1/6s, it is difficult to get good focus and sharpness for hand held shot. I cannot blame you. But it is a different view for night and day scene and you have presented it in your own way for a good TE purpose.

I agree about the quality but perhaps one thing that can help you is to find a simple support to sit your camera to try to get the best shot, instead of handheld?

I must give you 2 points for sharing the night view here.

Oi Maria ,
Tens de tomar umas caipirinhas e vais de deixar de tremer :) , o uso do tripé ia dar muito jeito ou tens de aumentar o iso para 800 ou mais , mas em fotos nocturna o tripé é mais útil e podes usar um iso 100 a foto fica com mais definição , parabéns por tentares da próxima vez não a desculpas :)

Hello Maria, I think this image is OK but if you are looking for for more sharpness I think the only way is with tripod or you must find somewhere solid to rest the camera. Otherwise composition, colour & POV are all good.
