The typical kind of watercraft called "Jangada", made of wood and used by fishermen from the northern region of Brazil. As wikipedia, the construction of the jangada incorporates some improvements in neolithic handcraft

If you went sometime to Pindoretama, do not forget to enjoy the lobster of mr. Zépaé.

Another fine example from you of an elegant, simple composition that effectively conveys an interesting scene.

I think we are accustomed to seeing blue water and bright blue skies. Here, the brownish water and the brown sand and the not-so-bright sky actually helps with the aesthetic of the boat, calling out the color of the sail and the brown skin tones.

Hi Paulo, a fantastic daily life shot of fisherman with good colour tone and sharpness. You have composed the boat and the fishermen almost in mid position to emphasis them. It is a good idea. I think, placing the subject to the right side of the frame and shooting with a diagonal POV, the other idea. Anyway I love it. TFS.

Similar boats with such sails I have seen in Orissa India, however their boats were not painted, just wood. Excellent capture of the sail in the wind, ready to be pushed into the sea. Fine color saturation and high sharpness. Well done
