Photographer’s Note
Rio Grande do Norte. ( This is the original name of the river ). This boat or similar ones cross the wide river from Pontal to Mangue Seco. Just at this place it is anchored in Mangue Seco. It is a peninsula and the oposite bank is the sea.

Dear Tomi,
very nice view of the river and the curious boat (with a piece of a palm-tree, too) :) Composition-wise, I am not quite sure about the bottom of the photo (I might suggest cropping about 2cm - with that part of another boat)...
