Photographer's Note

The Amazon system has numerous rivers. At the "meeting of the waters" an unusual natural occurance happens. Two rivers flow side by side for many miles and do not mix. The rivers differ in temperature (I actually felt this by closing my eyes and moving hand from one river to the other.) Due to temperature difference, they differ in acidity and resist mixing.

I have been told this photo looks like coffee being mixed with creamer, which is how the colors truly look in real life.

If you do go here, be brave and place your hand in the water to feel the difference of the two!

I cannot decide if the flash glare about a third down left side is distracting and should be removed or if it helps show the movement of the water. I left it in now for comments.
