Un regard qui fait peur, tout comme son énorme bec, ces couleurs sont splendides, bon cadrage serré, une très jolie prise

Raw power of your 50-500mm lens!!!!
Murderous looks, as if the vulture will pierce my laptop and hit me in my eye.
Why am I thinking of being hit on the eye, I don't know, may be the eyes of the vulture are spitting venom and anger.
The beak is powerful and just orange in color, and may become red if the bird strikes me.
Its horrible to think.
Outstanding shot, clicked mercilessly.

Wow! I hope this kind of chicken (This bird really reminds me a hen) is not aggressive. Excellent close up, how long distance was between the bird and your camera? Amazing sight of angry bird. TFS!

Great to see you back here after all this time! And what a picture to bring back with you! It's stunning.
This is an incredibly clear and sharp portrait of a creature we don't see too often in these parts, except, perhaps, in a zoo. But to have captured this amazing shot in thew wild on the Amazon is just fabulous.
Gorgeous light and vibrant colours, perfect exposure and exquisite details and sharpness - with bang-on focus right where it should be - on those big eyes.
P.S. Are we going to be seeing you at the end of October in Scotland?

We haven't seen you posting for quite a while and this is a great shot for a return!
I just love to see such close-ups, where the textural and feature details are pin sharp. This shot has an added advantage with the bird looking straight into the camera and, therefore, straight at the viewer! Fine composition and lovely, vibrant colours.
My warm regards,

Hi Wilson, How nice to see you again! will you stay for a bit longer? I missed you :). Amazing shot, I would be scared seeing these eyes and big beak. Stunning view.

You've returned with a bang! Fantastic tight framing, and pin-sharp, presumably at the end of the 50-500 zoom range. Unlike the others, I see a slightly boss-eyed, slow-witted curiosity in this bird's face. But we can all indulge in anthropomorphic speculation I suppose...

Quel regard. Il semble vouloir nous hypnotiser. Le plan serré est d'une grande netteté et les couleurs sont joliment saturées. Comme c'est un animal qui bouge beaucoup, tu as beaucoup de mérites.

This is an excellent, sharp and clear shot.
I'd give you points just for the title.
That quote always reminds me of Peter Sellers
in The Return of the Pink Panther.

now thats a couple of piercing eyes!
if you look really long and hard at the eyes we can see details and lines, very cool indeed.
its not too often we get to see vultures up close and personal like this.
good definition and details
