Photographer’s Note

A fishermen cologne and "Açai" commercial place in a affluent of "Matapí river" / "Amazon river".

"Açai" ("Euterpe oleracea"), and also fish, are the basis food of the people who lives in the amazonian forest.

In my opinion, the taste is something similar like the avocado taste with grapes color.

Acording with wikipedia annotation, it contains antioxidants that destroyed cultured human cancer cells (in a recent University of Florida study, one of the first to investigate the fruit’s purported benefits).

Fotograficamente, especialmente quando o trabalho é bem realizado, como em geral é o seu caso, fica muito bonito e interessante!
Porém, mostra-nos um lado do Brasil meio cruel, um lado que gostaria muito um dia fosse extirpado! A miserabilidade do povo e o mal trato da natureza!

o suco das frutas do palmito nosso (juçara) também tem este gosto de abacate com cor de uva, creio que o conteúdo seja o mesmo. afoto é um caos de linhas, está dividida a imagem em duas metades, uma mais colorida e outra mais monocromática. os personagens estão muito bem posicionados. bela a luz. Bela foto-documentário do lugar, uma daquelas que nos levam até lá e apresenta-o como realmente é
