Photographer's Note

The Supreme Federal Court (Supremo Tribunal Federal — STF) is Brazil’s constitutional court and highest appellate body, being composed of 11 Ministers. As the capital was relocated to the hinterland of Brazil, the STF moved to its siege building in Brasília, designed by Oscar Niemeyer, in the Three Power Square. Facing it, we can find the work of sculptor Alfredo Ceschiatti, a piece representing Justice, carved in a monolith of Petrópolis granite.
