Photographer’s Note
Another post from my trip to Bolivia last year. An aerial shot again (others were posted both in TE and TN), this time from a higher altitude.
The plane belong to TAM - Transporte Aereo Militar.
on the way from Trinidad to La Paz.
The first leg of the journey was above the Beni plains where many rivers make their long way to form the mighty Amazon and into the Atlantic ocean.
Visibility was not the best due to the start of the burning season.

I love aerial shots like these. You've captured the landscape below quite well; NIce framing of this river winding its way through your image. It does look a little hazy, probably due to reasons you mention in your note. What a sight.

Hola Shir,
Una foto preciosa del río, que me imagino que está en el parque Isiboro Securé, Me sorprende la nitidez de estas tus fotos aéreas a través del vidrio del avión.

Hi Shir,
A wonderful aerial view of Bolivia!
I like so much the curves of this river, and their constrast of colour with the dark green of the trees surronding it.
You has the hability to make such a clear captures through the airplane's windows!

Hello Shir, it is always pleasure to capture such a lovely aerial shot. I originally thought it was taken somewhere in Africa but later I've noticed it was taken in South America. Well done. Lucie

Hello Shir,
This is a great POV. I like the snaking pattern of the river, and the different shades of green. They combine to make a very beautiful scene, and show the lushness of that area.

Hi Shir,
To me this scene looks amazingly clear, with no signs of haze. And contrast between muddy meandering river and bright green landscape looks great.
Thanks for geography lesson, I didn't remember that part of Bolivia lies in Amazonia.

Hi!
I downloaded this photo to my computer a few weeks ago. Didn't realize that I hadn't already written a comment!
I really LOVE this photo and I haven't seen any of those except just on TV maybe. Seems to be very much worth it to take the plane for the views!
I did however find the image itself a bit "foggy" (probably because of the plane window, for sure!) but I did a workshop. You tell wether it's any better :-)
You still get my full points for a great shot and a great angle!

Hello Shir.
Simple but very decorative shot!
Those different green colors and the brown river is so good together!
And the pattern of the river is fascinating.
