Before leaving to Bolivia, knowing I would encouter flamingos, I rent a Sigma 80-400 lens. This allows me to shot those flamingos.
In south west Bolivia, souther than the Uyuni salar, there are several lagunas (lakes). Because of the high volcanic activity of the place, these lagunas contain high concentration of sulfur and other "toxic" elements. Therefore many flamingos can be seen. |
