Photographer’s Note
In the middle of the incredible South Lipez National Park, so many different landscapes, from the whiteness of the Salar d'Uyuni to the colorness of the Laguna Colorada.
Here is a volcano, not completely asleep, not completely awaken, ... with many rocks surrounding it, all with strange forms, souvenirs of old eruptions and forged by the patience of the wind and sometimes of the rains.

Marc: obviously well-framed with close rocks in your DOF. Great saturation and natural color for a middle-of-the-day shot. Keenly seen and taken. regards, c

Very unique shot of this landscape. I like the foreground rocks that frame the volcano. They add depth, drama, and sense of place. Your title is perfect!
