Photographer’s Note
The Bolivian Andes. Walking back from the breath taking Laguna Chiar Khota and the Condoriri massif.
Nights are cold and frozen icicles can be found all day long where the sun cannot reach them.
Saw something in the corner of my eye, walked back a few steps and took a closer look - could not believe what I was looking at....Protected from the sun and almost hidden from view was the fascinating of all icicles I have ever seen.
The hand of god? Decide for yourself.
Workshop shows the area where the hand was found.

Hi Shir,
Your picture just goes to show how strange nature's creations can be. Looks exactly like a hand. Well seen and thanks for sharing.

Hi Shir,
Certainly is a strange phenomenom....don't tell me you're getting all religious on me....you'll be doing a rain dance next!!Saw you're workshop...weird how the icicles seem to spring out of nothing. You handled the lack of light well to get detail in most of the image.Well done...keep them coming!
Regards, David

Hi Shir,
unusual "hand", good captured. I like the vertical composition, fine colours and contrast. Amazing view. I like it. Good job.
