Small town between Uyuni and Potosi.
There's a lot of election slogans on walls, on rocks, everywhere in Bolivia. In poor villages and small towns the most frequent slogan was "Evo" or "Evo presidente".
Evo Morales won with his social programm and slogan "Evo Presidente" was replaced with TV advertisment "Bolivia cambia - Evo cumple" (Bolivia changes - Evo keeps his word). Does he ? We will see.
