Another shot from my tour of the salar de uyuni. Another moonscape.
If you look closely you can see a couple of land-cruisers progressing on their way towards another weird landscape.

looks amazing, the sky is beautiful, and the tones perfect! Congratulations!

very nice photo, david,
good composing shot, very good sky with a great contrast, very good photo I like it

Fantastic shape of eroded rocks! The central spot of the sky looks too dark even for 4,000 m altitude...
Thanks for share.

ne serait-ce pas la pierre qui, vu depuis la piste, ressemble à un condor ?

I love all of your photos, but I have one complaint. The sky is too dark in many of the photos. This gives a great effect, but is not natural. I've been to much higher altitudes and the sky is always dark, but never that dark, even with a polarizer. By no means am I suggesting that you change this because it does make for a nice photo.

I love weird rocks! Are you sure this isn't a dinosaur fossil!? The sky is really nice and the colour combinations work beautifully - my first encounter with rocks (en-masse) that come alive was on top of a mountain in fog - these formations are always so important for what they show us and maybe tell us about ourselves, our imaginations as well as the world around us.

Colors caught here are fantastic David, very
good composition and exposure. top image

Definitely weird! It looks like the cranium of a dinosour! I haven't been to this place yet, but I hope to return there soon! Take care! Ramon
