Photographer’s Note

Sajama (Sa-ha-ma) is an extinct volcano of the Andes mountains, located in Bolivia close to the border with Chile. Is the highest peak of Bolivia with almost 20 000 feet over the sea level.

Its name means "the great distant lord" in Aymara, the native language of the region.
