Photographer’s Note

Esta es una de mis primeras fotos en TE que puse, y podran ver las diferencias en esta foto.

Y todo lo que puedo decir es que gracias a Uds he aprendido (un poco) mas de fotografia en estos par de meses, gracias de verdad a cada uno de Uds por sus CRITICAS y COMENTARIOS.

This "old woman" was one of my first pcitures that I posted in TE, and u can see the difference from this picture.

And all I have to say is that I grew up (a little) in photography with these couple of months thanks for urs CRITIQUES and COMENTS, thanks a lot for them (everyone).

Que bien que se te ve la foto , esta muy!! buena ademas . Veo que le metiste un poco the photoshop , pero te quedo exelente!!!. El gris le da un toque de mala vejes y poca esperanza. El contraste entre el color y el blanco y negro esta preciso. Exelente foto , muy buena!!

Wow great picture i didnt see this first time round but. This is beautiful. I love the expression on the womens face looks likes she's had a tough life. The women really stands out from the B&W background. Great work

Alejandro, una fotografia con tonos de colores muy agradables, pero lo que mas me gusta es que representa una escena muy tipica de tu pais. Buen contraste y definicion. Que tengas buen dia!

Me gusta la composicion, y la perspectiva, el momento tambien. pero los colors, la mezcla de b/n con color me molesta un poco. si los colores fueran mas brillentes y agudas, seria mejor.

the improvement you achieved is quite visible, Alejandro, and i must praise for this.
I need also to ask you why did you desaturate part of the image? stones, the wood on the wall and the lown in the ground are already so economic in colors that, having kept the original colors imho, wouldn´t spoil the image at all.

Good idea to leave the strong focal part in color and the rest in b / w I like this idea very much very well done.A very impressive photo , a big A +++++++

Beautiful picture! I really like how you composed this one. Captivating.

Her age almost 100 makes me think of how the years fly by faster and faster as we get older and older. There is a mathmatical reason attributed to this. Here is the explanation:
Lets say you will live to be 100 as this women. The day you turned 1 year old that first year of your life is 100% of your whole life. The day you turn 100 years old, that final year of your life is only 1% of your whole life. So, every year that goes by is a smaller percent of the whole giving the perception of accelerating time.
Imagine if we lived to 10,000 how fast a year would fly by.

Hi Elgar, This is very good. It shows how others live and in this case it seems the lady has had a tough life and needs some family support. The grey colors make her quite forlorne. TFS. Murray.
