| A few days too late for the rain that turns the whole salt flats into a shining mirror, there was still enough water puddle around to get some interesting variation in the salt flats. Also, when people recommend hats and glasses, believe them. Nothing worse the walking around at 4000m, dehdrated, tired and sunburned. Knowing Spanish helps, as it's much easier to get a tour at short notice if you don't mind a Spanish speaking guide. |
