Photographer’s Note
Early one morning we took a bath in this thermal lake, beautiful and hot inside, very cold outside, whic is what you would expect at about 4000m altitude.
tech-fuji film with polariser, scanned from slide.
Maybe its a little dark, but if I try to lighten it the mist looks silly. Any ideas?

Interesting shot from this termal lake. Good effect from the mist and the use of the polariser.
I tried a ws to have some more light in there - but I think I prefer the original. Pls. have a look.

David, I must say that I love all of your photos, you really capture the atmosphere of the Bolivian altiplano in particular. I only hope I can take pictures half as good when I travel there this year, and I'll definitely have a polariser handy for those skies - I personally like every ounce of deep colour you have extracted.
