Photographer’s Note
Here a photo of the Sajama, the higher mountain (around 6500m) in bolivia. In fact, it is an old volcano.
In the foreground, there is the church of the Sajama's village, at the entry of the natural parc (around 4300m).

It's great how the shapes of the mountain and church echo each other--maybe it was built that way intentionally. The beautiful gold tones of the altiplano are shown of beautifully. Perhaps rotating slightly to the left would have avoided cutting off the mountain. But overall, it's beautiful! Regards, Ken.

Bonjour Yves

Great shot. Great location. Well composed and interesting colours from the earthy to blue sky. The details of the building are well emphasised due to the angle of the sun which brins out its character. Great spot.
