Photographer’s Note

I took this image of a couple of siblings playing on the banks of the Angostura River.
I used my tele, in order not to bother them and get a more natural posture. I think, they were having a lot of fun.

By the way, the water of the river is as dark as you can see in the image.I even got a dragonfly. It’s kind of hard to see. But, it is in the top on the left.

You captured very well the kids enthusiasm to be in the water. By including so much of the river you really gave the emphasis on the swiming.
Very nice brown colors (stones, sand, water, skin).

Una buena captura de los juegos de estos niños en el agua. Un agua muy turbia, por cierto. Yo también habría utilizado el tele, porque no me gusta hacer fotos a la gente directamente, me parece que se las molesta.
Buena exposición que da buenos tonos de color y perfecto balance de luz y sombra.

JEJEJEJE permite que me ria pero es una toma que me ha divertido mucho. Realmente es un momento irrepetible. La expresion de la cara del niño es fascinante y conseguiste sacar muy buen partido.

It is a nice composition, where you leave a lot of open space above the action...

Hola otra vez, Gabriel.
Lástima la luz que crea unas sombras demasiados fuertes. Pero más allá de eso, creo que deberías haber buscado un punto de vista que hubiera ofrecido una perspectiva más interesante.
De todas formas, un trabajo interesante.

Me gusta mucho que la imagen funcione tan bien con solo un color.
Los distintos tonos de marron hacen de ella muy homogenea y equilibrada.
La compo esta muy bien y en general la tematica me parece lindisima...

Hola Gabriel,

He estado fuera de TE durante unas semanas y veo que vos también. Espero que estés bien.

Creo que haber tomado la foto con el tele ha sido la decisión más correcta, dado que lo que impacta es la naturalidad de los niños en el agua.

También creo que el color del agua y lo poco que se ve de la orilla del río, le dan a la imagen una profundidad visual muy grande. Obviamente, para esto también ayuda tu muy buena composición.
