Being in the same house where I also shot my yesterday's post, I used all the 300mm of my 75-300mm zoom lens to concentrate only in this small part of the city. I don't remember right now the name of the street visible here, but it is one that goes beside the main square (Plaza Murillo) of the city. La Paz's Cathedral is the main grey building center right, but viewed from its back --behind it lies the main square... or in front of its door is the main square.
The red building marks where the La Paz's main avenue lies. Which is some meters below the main square (the avenue is not visible here).
Shot with Kodak-somthing ISO 100.
Unsharp masking, increased saturation a little, levels, curves and croped bottom out.

An intresting photo, with many things to look atl. Many diferetn buildings, many lights, many colors.
In my opinion, it needs rotation and little more sharpness.

This is a great TrekEarth moment for me for the fact that I know little about La Paz and much less about how the city looks. While this photograph needs rotation clockwise, the tilt doesn't diminish the informative value of the photo. La Paz reminds me of Manila in the Philippines or any other large Philippine city - because of the prominent church in the city's landscape.

Wonderful colours and hues
a little rotation could make it better but sharpening might not be necessary, the cathedral makes a wonderful foil for the modern buildings.

I remember seeing this kind of image at my holiday to Greece, Spain and Turkey.
I think you captured not only a street but also a whole city of activity. Fine work.
The Cathedral with its green "eye" also something which catch my eye.

Classic 'big city at night' pic, Jurgen. Your 300 mm shot gives a very nice spatial compression. I like the cheerful spots of coloured with which your pic is doused. Well seen & well done!
