Hello Kevin,
At that elevation I suppose it does not take much refrigeration to keep ice cream from melting :) If this was the only shot you took of this scene you did very well to catch the pigeon taking off in the foreground. All in all a good study of an interesting place. Best wishes.

Very intriguing visual representation, It is a bit busy but not overly so with good overall effect with the characterful man enjoying his ice cream and his bright colors drawing attention in. A good viewpoint at an angle to put a little diagonal dynamic into the composition. Good simple image documenting the occasion and I think you've brought the event to life. A bright scene and full of joy though. Well done.
