Photographer's Note

The Plaza Murillo in downtown La Paz is a place where the most important government buildings and cathedral are located.
In the background of the photo is the Legislative Palace a place of National Legislature of Bolivia. The Legislative Assembly is bicameral, consisting of a lower house (the Chamber of Deputies) and the upper house (the Senate).
On the right side of the photo is the Bolivian Palace of Government (know as the Palacio Quemado}. It is the official residence of the President of Bolivia.
