Day 111: Copacabana, Bolivia

Every now and then I get to a place where scenery is so beautiful you just have to keep walking further and further. Area near Copacabana and Lake Titicaca was just like that. I run out of water half-way and returned back to Copacabana in pitch black but it was worth it.

I don't know exactly why Victor and his wife are burning stuff on their field but I am guessing it is their way of fertilizing the soil.

Dia 111: Copacabana, Bolivia

A veces llego a un lugar donde el paisaje está tan hermoso que no puedo parar caminar y tomar fotos. El área cerca de Copacabana y del Lago Titicaca era exacto como ésa. Tenía solamente poca agua y eI bebido le adentro a medio camino, y vuelto a Copacabana en la oscuridad. No importa, era un experiencia grande!

No sé exactamente porqué Victor y su esposa están quemando la materia en su campo pero yo creo que es su manera de fertilizar el suelo.
