Photographer’s Note
This doorway is at the front of a small house in Coctaca (Northern Argentina). This tiny town is the site of some Omaguaca ruins. The town was almost deserted when we visited with a couple of children playing football in the small dirt square.
I like to think that rather than being deserted the owners of this house walked around the plant each time they came and went.
