Photographer's Note

Magellanic Penguins in Punta Tombo. Punta Tombo is a peninsula in Argentinian Patagonia, in Chubut province, 110 kilometres south of Trelew. You can walk between many penguins there. The landscape in Argentinian Patagonia is very dry pampa, a semidesert or, sometimes, a desert. But the ocean around is full of life.
