This is a very impressive sequence, Michael. Even the small version is alresdy very attractive and I like the bold black frame that separates the different pictures, the colors are wonderful, that very special blue that belongs with glaciers.
Very attractive and very sharp and elegantly presented!

Great capture, Michael. You've done a great job documenting the fall of the iceberg. The panels seem a bit like a slo-motion movie. I disagree with Rinie, though. The black frame seems heavy to me and a bit overwhelming. I think I'd prefer a lighter frame both in terms in color and in terms of width.

Thanks Michael for posting this dynamic version of the glacier.
I found the note very useful as until now I didn't know anything about glaciers. But by what I've just read - they must be mighty!
Very good timing for taking this series of shots. We can see how well you had prepared yourself for that marvelous event.
Thanks a bunch,
Robi

After having seen a documentary on this glacier, I made up my mind: I want to go here one day. After seeing your wonderful sequence of pictures I made up my mind again: I just have to go there one day! seeing your photos makes me just feel and almost hear the power of the ice. Wow! Just wonder...Weren't your fingers nearly frozen by the time you saw this spectacle? Or wasn't it cold at all?
Also wanted to tell you that I read the little piece on TE in Op Pad, and it made me return again after being too busy for a while :-)

Well made and creative panorama. The sequence is very well caught and shows us well the “film” of what has happened. Good colors and details.

Michael, thanks for pointing me to this sequence, I like how you present it as it might look on a strip of unmounted transparency film. I've witnessed this too and affirm your notes. A wonderful experience. I must scan some more of my shots of this place now I am in the mood!

Hi Michael, I like this dynamic sequence of this living and breathing glacier - it indeed has a movie like feel to it. The interval is well chosen and the handling of the light and sharpness is fine. Veru good job with an interesting note.

Hi Michael
Creative and interesting 'ducomentary' of this ice block falling of the glacier.
Good presentation of all details in the pano and a good idea using the pano here..

IMPRESSIVE!! This is a great sequence that is also well commented by your note. I like your choice of framing in black. It gives more power to the pics. Great comp'.
Thank you for sharing this moment with us. It makes us realise how en danger are the "glaciers" because of the world getting warmer.
