Photographer’s Note
another view of the glacier,
The Perito Moreno Glacier is one of only three Patagonian glaciers that are not retreating. The terminus of the Perito Moreno Glacier is 5 kilometres (3 mi) wide, with an average height of 74 m (240 ft) above the surface of the water of Lake Argentino, in Argentina. It has a total ice depth of 170 metres (558 ft).

Nice image of a beautiful, rugged landscape. I like the diagonals that part the image and the strongly fractured glacier. It's too bad the sky wasn't blue.

Hola Christian,

Mes compliments
Daniel.

Hello
This picture is my favorite from your last post. Great light and very nice details about this glacier. What is strange is that the pictture seems to be tilted left when focusing on the warter sides . But I think it is just an impression due to off centering.
Best regards

HI Christian,
Stunning image .. I love the way the dark parts of the image work with the power and mystic feel of the scene .. love the feel of the foggy sky and the way the light hits the ice as well .. very nice .. very communicative. take care, John
