FRIA POESIA!
COLD POETRY!

It was my last late afternoon in Ushuaia! The last fainting sun rays that I'd see during my stay there would soon disappear! I had just arrived from my last skiing day and before entering my hotel, I had to register the surroundings of the place I stayed at for an entire week (Gee, it seemed a lot more! How I get used to the places I visit! It felt like home!).

In the background, one can see the waters of the BEAGLE'S CANAL and USHUAIA'S INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT! A real thrill landing there!

But much more than rational feelings, than just describing existing elements, I'd really rather remember how that scene seemed poetry to me, cold poetry, plain poetry, meaningful at the most as a souvenir in the shape of an image that will be kept forever with me, in my heart, in my memory, in my soul!

I like composition and curious frame.

frio pacas hein, e dificil escolher a versão, mas o importante é que todas mostraram bem o clima frio da região. Belo trabalho.

Hi, Neyvan!
I know this climate. It is not easy to make a good shot in these conditions, where there's a small amount of snow which will soon be gone. The thing about this shot, which make it good, is that you have warm, red color on the wheels placed in this cold landscape with cold colors. The other thing is that the landscape looks great.

I noticed a fire in the left side. I'm just wondering: What is it?

Esta foi uma das apagadas, não foi? Acho que já a tinha visto. É uma linda foto, com uma compo muito bem imaginada. A velha carroça, além de ser interessante em si mesma, ajuda a sensação de perspectiva, juntamente com a água ao fundo. A luz fraca e azulada é maravilhosa.

Hi Neyvan,
Good frame to the old wheels with including beautiful background, nice silent and dim environment at a cold evening, is the snowy land really look in blue color at this moment? I do not know, here summer all year round. Thanks for sharing the beautiful winter view, have a nice day.

Hello Ney,
A closer view on this old cart, which looks rather dilapidated and rather abandoned. I like how you have placed it in the frame, which enables us to appreciate the environment in which it is located. Also, the cool blue tones.

From the colder parts of South America. :) A nice sight, with a lot of ambient. The moutnsin and the lake in the background fall in nicely with the main motive.

Olá meu amigo! Essa composição ficou fantástica e você conseguiu um colorido onde só tem gelo! O vermelho quente das rodas da corroça contrastam bastante com o azul frio do cenário.

Hello Neyvan,

You have a great subject in the cart, not only for its rustic charm but also for its dash of warm colour in a cool, blue environment. You have placed it in a strong position compositionally where it dominates but also acts as a guide towards an interesting b/g of cool water and snow capped mountains.

Hi Neyvan,
Wonderfully rustic scene with the lovely old wagon making a very nice lead-in to this lovely lakeside scene.
The blue sky and snow capped moutains make the ideal backdrop to this fine winter scene.

It sure does looks very cold, the restaurant look nice and warm in your recent post. I like the close up shot of the wagon iwht the distant snow cap mountain and bay as you backdrop, the freezing atmosphere really show here. I need a cup of hot chocholate just looking at it. I plan to visit the Patagonia area late this year. I hope it work out. Thanks

Hi Neyvan,

You captured the idea of coldness and poetry well with this shot! (And your note). I wonder that the abandoned cart thinks from its snowy vantage point, watching the airplanes take off and land day after day. Great shot for capturing the "feel" of a place.
