The evening was coming and after some winter activities nearby Ushuaia, still had some time to walk along the harbor before everything became pitch dark! Time to enjoy the moment - yes, I love freezing weather - and, of course, take lots of pictures !

CERRO OLIVIA/MOUNT OLIVIA once more dominates de scene. Ships and boats colored the views that filled my eyes with pleasure! Here, red and blue stand out!

Hello Ney,
Another interesting composition from this mountain dominated harbour. The little boats are dotted about in an interesting pattern; whilst the snow peak adds a nother dimension to the scene. Good colours and sharpness.

Ola Ney!
Très jolie photo aux tons dominants de bleu, ça sent un peu le froid. Excellente composition avec tous ces bateaux devant ce beau paysage de montagnes. Belle présentation et beau contraste de couleurs.

Bonjour Ney,

Une très belle composition avec dans l'ordre les canards à l'avant-plan qui donne une touche de vie, les bateaux colorés et de taille différente puis les reliefs enneigés. Très belle luminosité et couleurs bien captées.

realmente é um grande contraste de cores e de motivos. quando fui à ushuaia era primvarea e havia sol e a neve estava recuando para os picos e áreas mais altas, mas tive sorte de encontrar um dia ensolarado, naquele dia era domingo e o povo simplesmente abandonou tudo o que fazia, incluindo taxistas, para irem tomar sol.
aqui belo trabalho, até o detalhe dos pássaros nadando ficou legal

Bonjour Ney,
un bleu envahisdsant pour ces terres parmis les plus hostiles de la planète, on ressent le froid à tous les niveaux. Une photo qui rend bien tous ces éléments qui augmentent cette sensation de froid intense et perçant.
Le rouge des bateaux n'en ressort que mieux.
Chouette vue de l'autre bout du globe.

nice this place with the red colours of the ship and boat to be an eye catcher of the bluish scene.The snowy Mt. on the background make the scene even more interesting.

Hi Neyvan,

The presence of the bird in the water has an effect of scale. The point of view leads our eyes toward the mountains in the background which is giving depth to the photo. The afternon light has a good effect on the colors. Have a nice day.

Thanks for bring us this image for the end of the world. It's very impressive and must be really cold. I love the majetic mountain so close to the harbor full of snow. the blue hue give even colder impression. Very nice details even with such low light. Composition is also good. Thanks.

This is amazing! The big mountain, snow capped, jagged sides raising its head against the clouds in the BG & in the FG, the red cargo ship & the boat, which creates eye popping contrasts. Light appears to be low, but the view captured is majestic! Excellent!
