Mt. Fitz Roy clearing after a famous Patagonian wind-storm. Shot taken from not-so-usual perspective and not so colorfull as in the majority of cases. Nevertheless it has some special atmosphere...

Can`t wait to be there in winter(European)2011/2012.....
Good shot of this famous mountain, nicely surrounded by these dramatic clouds.
I`m curious what kind of weather conditions I`ll have.I hope for a blue sky

I had always heard about the mountains in Patagonia being far more rugged, far more inaccessible than the Alps. This image of the jagged peaks certainly make those claims reasonable. The windswept peaks with the fog, snow and ice all mixed suggest that even in the summer of Argentina, this is not a very hospitable place.

Wow, good thing the storm cleared out the peak, but anyhow, the clouds really added beauty to the frame. Nice colors and light management. Indeed, the atmosphere and the ambiance of the photo is quite different. Great image wonderfully captured! All the best,
