Welcome to Trekearth. What a dramatic shot you have submitted for your debut. The composition, colors and subject are all spectacular. I wonder how high the summit of the virtually vertical peak stands above sea level?

très jolie vue de cette impressionnante montagne, les nuages derrière renforcent la puissance de la roche. Elle est un petit peu sombre et les montagnes du premier plan sont un bouchées. Bravo toutefois et bienvenue sur Trekearth.

Hi maria,

impressive image, the mountain shape is very attractive, the dark below and the great cloud in the BG create a beautiful frame. Sharpness just seems a bit low.

Welcome to TE community. Your post entry of this photo marks a new era of your photography sharing here to improve your work and it is a good start by showing a photo of mountain landscape scenery. Try to write a good note.

Perhaps when you have time, it will be useful to you to read FAQ, ABOUT and Guidelines regarding particularly on 800pixel and 300kb filesize limits. You will also start to use EDIT software to help you present photos here. I have some links here that you can download and use for a simple start.

From your post entry, I can see you have a nice capture of mountain scene and capturing it with bright light. Perhaps you can use a bit of adjustment of brightness level, sharpening tool after resize and before upload, save the file to 800pixel max long side. But this a nice shot.
