Photographer’s Note
This couple was trying hard to have the best reportage possible out of the boat trip to the famous glaciar Perito Moreno.
Teamwork is essential for competing in today's global arena, where individual perfection is not as desirable as a high level of collective performance.
-------------
Teamwork is a joint action by two or more people or a group, in which each person contributes with different skills and Express his or her individual interests and opinions to the unity and efficiency of the group in order to achieve common goals.
This does not mean that the individual is no longer important; however, it does mean that effective and efficient teamwork goes beyond individual accomplishments. The most effective teamwork is produced when all the individuals involved harmonize their contributions and work towards a common goal.
In order for teamwork to succeed one must be a teamplayer. A teamplayer is one who subordinates personal aspirations and works in a coordinated effort with other members of a group, or team, in striving for a common goal. Businesses and other organizations often go to the effort of coordinating team building events in an attempt to get people to work as a team rather than as individuals.

hi Ricardo
Very interesting position you took at looking down at the 2 people busy shooting. I think the blue color plays well in this abstract view to isolate them and make them subject feature.
Good work.

I hope that they will not have forgotten to put their memory cards in the film cameras !!! Beautiful catch of sight at this original time, their blue clothing gives a good contrast in the image. These two people seem fanatics of the image… Well considering Ricardo.
With all my friendships of Versailles where it rains still and still… and a very good evening,

Great, great, GRANDE Ricardo! I love so much your sense of humour! This pic remembers me when I went to Greenland or to the North of Canada or tto the North Pole with my husband, He was the owner of a travel company going up, up to the extreme North and he was a guide too( because he loved SO much the North!). And our passengers...AHHHH!!! So crazy and stupid!!! Really a disaaaasteeerrr!!!
Ciao,

hi ric,
the soothing blue is all over! as this attests, blue is not always the oppositie of lonliness, i don't need to elaborate. the high POV, the framing and the amount of lighting are perfect, and yes teamwork always attain best results!

Benedict

Hi again Spanish Man who has no internet!
it looks like Korkut's style... What a coincidence you captured two blue people at the corner. Your POV and the contrast of the colors looks impressive too.
Have a nice weekend and have a nice movinggg
