Photographer’s Note

Near to Trelew in Patagonia is this wonderful "Welsh" town. It does seem that the sole existence of the town is for tourists. We got the local bus there and wandered round for an hour or so confused as everything was closed. We were to learn that this was because the tea shops only open when the tourist busses come. There was one thing open which was this reclying museum. One of the highlights of S America, the owner had spent many years collecting plastic bottles and making odd shaped displays. Not at all child safe, but hilarious all the same.
