The neighborhood is passionate by football, more precisely for Boca Juniors team
The same day I saw the dogs (my last post), I discover this graffiti, kind of installation, because of the existing arch, which I believe was there first (only suppositions)
The frame is made with Boca colors
I am not a fan of football, I never went to a match, but like the place, it has a charming character

You are my neighbor to the right today. I like the bigger-than-life mural, especially the purple frame above it.
The colors are wonderful, the sharpness is good and the play of light and shadows has definitely made this photo.

This is good photo subject, graffiti-cum-street artwork that colors the neighbourhood full of life, yes indeed Boca Juniors and Diego Maradona are inseparable from our minds and to the many avid die hard football fans across the globe and I remember these colours. Captivating, thanks to your infor notes, I can only imagine how creative they are to turn this wall into such cheery sight in stunning bright colors and the lucky poodle to be part of the scene! You have captured this beautifully with good placement in the frame. I think whatever the combination including the goal post, it makes for grand meaningful shot and can be hard on eyes, I simply cant resist the absorbing power here and a a great way to remember the Great Maradona. Great capture, TFS

Hi Maria, really beautiful this pic! The old wall and the dog like in an abandoned corner, very bright colors and excellent details, onlu the white of dog is a bit overexpsed but no problem,i like it! Have a nice weeekend and thanks,Luciano

A good study in urban decay with the rust on the steel poles accentuating the effect. Good lighting that reveals the textural nuances of the peeling paint. Excellent sharpness, colour and saturation. The pipes at top and left act as a partial frame. The unconcerned dog sleeping in front of the graffiti animates the shot. Tfs!

I had to look hard to figure out of the goal post was real or part of the grafitti, you took this from a perfect angle to create this illusion. The yellow border is excellent too, nice touch of color against the blue backdrop.
All the best

It was a fantastic idea to paint this wall, Maria, but somehow, someone found a strange notion to corrupt and spoil this painting.
Yet, the idea was super, and you well managed to convey what left there.
Nice different blue tones prominently on image.

I have a quite similar photo in my TE collection with a place in La Boca where boys are playing football. our seems to be more damaged and therefore more photogenic :)
I see you are venturing into more and more dangerous areas to present various aspects of your city.
Very interesting work,

I've always loved football and knew a lot about it but recently my team is doing so bad and the people who manage it do such a poor job that I think I'll take a break:) Boca is very respected and liked in Greece. I love the graphism, the colours and the textures of your picture. The goal post provides a most appropriate and meaningful frame for the mysterious graffitti player that seems to be suspending in the air. Very intriguing work, congratulations and thank you!
All the best, have a great weekend,

It is a real dog or is it part of the graffiti. I don't remember seeing this place when I was there. Once again the colro are really rich vibrant the way everything is in La Boca. Makes me miss my time there. I think I will have to look at some of them photos after this.

This is a bit of a mind teaser, even after reading your note I still had to take a hard look to determine whether or not the goal post frame was part of the graffiti!? My old eyes deceive me! :) The abundance of blue color is what initially attracted me, but it's the entire scene and texture that really comes to life upon closer inspection. I've always been amazed and impressed at how football is such an strong passion throughout the world...even gaining more and more popularity here in the U.S. Another solid recognition and smart composition of your surroundings, making for an interesting image. Have a great day ahead.
By the way...I loved the "Saludos mi pálido amigo," that put a smile on my face. Thanks for the laughs! :)

A tribute to Boca junior Maria, considered as the club of the people in Buenos Aires, nice graffiti on an old wall, excellent presentation modelled on the soccer team's jersey, all the best, have a nice day
