Wow. This is the reason I love this site, to learn of a building like this is quite exciting for me, its design is beautiful and it is immense! I love the point of view you chose here to get the entire building into the frame, not easy I would guess, and there is a fantastic idea to its height and size. Beautiful light, and the people in the foreground give even more sense of scale. Wonderful shot, thanks for sharing.
All the best

just as you say, it seems to cover an entire city block because its so large.
Reminds me so much of the same building in Havana Cuba.
Personally, i really like the perspectives, the way its tilted.
funny to see the road sweeper too :)

Excellent POV and presentation of this building, allowing the viewer to appreciate a full view of the Argentine National Congress. I like the filter that you chose - I think it ages the picture by 20 or 30 years and gives it a vintage look.

in the both time I was in Buenos Aires I didn't have time to visit the Congress. However I have a photo took from Plaza Mayo from where I can see the dome of the palace, soon I will upload here this photo.
Nice photo yours, maybe you could perform a lens correction filter using photoshop to reduce this perspective distortion on the left side of the Palace.

I like very much this architecture. I have this building in my TE gallery as well. I think the best way to photograph it was from the monument-fountain which was just in front of it but it was closed and inaccessible when I was there. Thanks for reminding me my trip -one of the greatest trip in my life!
