Celebrate their devotion to the Virgin of Copacabana sheathed in colorful dresses. Each year involved about five thousand people, including musicians and dancers. The Bolivian community in Argentina is done over 30 years.

Nice movement is this pic. It is hard to get good focus on action shots but i like the colour and movement here.

I know it's hard, but if I were you, I would freeze one face as POV.

This would be a great shot when the face of the central woman was sharp, so that is a pity.
Now it is a bit to unsharp and the compo is not so well chosen I think. You cut out faces half.
The idea is good though.
