Photographer’s Note

Argentina is famous for its delicious meat. The main specialty is the Bife de Chorizo, and, for who appreciates good beef, it must be served almost raw (jugoso), as in the picture, of course with a good Malbec. This dish, called "Mi Buenos Aires Querido", was served in Esquina Carlos Gardel, while we watched a spectacular tango show. Qué hambre!

tienes razón en el título, esta carne se ve muy jugosa, y muy apetitosa también.
Excelente toma en macro con todos los detalles de texturas y colores muy naturales.
Me gusta la calidad de la imagen de tu foto y cómo nos invita a disfrutar un plato como éste.

Hey we think alike, whenever I go away on holidays I enjoy experiencing the foods of the region. I did not know Argentina was famous for its meat. Well, I am definitely one who likes their steak medium raw. Sounds good to me. Your photo is making my mouth water.
