argentine ? Paris c'est certain. L'heure bleue est la meilleur pour photographier la tour. Belle couverture nuageuse. Un léger repproche, la tour aurait pu être redressée

This looks more like France to me! I feel you have captured this very well with a good composition. You have taken this at a very good time. I could be a little more sharp, but it still looks great.
