Photographer’s Note
The target of the Sierra de las Quijadas National Park is to keep the representative environment of Arid Chaco and small woods, preserving natural and paleontologic resources.
One of the most attracting point is the so called Lugarcito Discovery Point, where you can found a dinosaur footprint conserved in the sedimentary rocks for about 150 millon years.
Today we known the the zone was also arid in the past, but it had a lake because marine fossils had been found here.
The Guide show us the footprint.
