Photographer’s Note
The "Submarine" is another rocky formation in Ischigualasto National Park (San Juan, Argentina).
Its composed by two "mushrooms". Its name is because it seems a boat, or a submarine. and from this diagonal angle it seem like two towers. The formation is 250-millon years old. It is about ten meters tall.
The day was overcast, but when the sunset was coming, the sky turned pink.

Interesting rock formation shaped by the elements.
Looks impressive against the reddish sky.

Another gorgeous picture from La Luna Valley. You really have the ability to get the most out of it even with unfavorable light conditions. The sky is awesome. Unfortunately the "mushrooms" are a little bit lost without direct light on them. Naturally I don't know the size of this towers, but do you think taht using a flash could have gicen some interesting light conditions on the rocks?
Thank once more for sharing your moments at this intriguing place.
Regards, Peter
