Photographer's Note

I'll conclude this part of the wonderful Iguazu NP with this classic picture of the Western wall of the falls, an unforgettable sight and experience, with heavenly beauty surrounding you from all directions...
There are between 160-250 waterfalls (!!) scattered in the park's compound with an averaged flow of 1500 cubic meter per second (!!!). FYI, this amount is sufficient for a person to drink, bath, cook etc. for almost a month (!).
More facts about water consumption:
* Earth's freshwater resources consist of less than 2% of the total surface of the planet
* The Human body consists of between 60 to 70 percent of water and can survive with only 2-5 oz of water per day
* Within the next 25 years half of the world's population might have trouble find sufficient freshwater for drinking and irrigating.
