Photographer’s Note

Well, the category might not be the most suitable but I couldn't think of something else...
This image was taken from another paraglider and the camera was tied to my hip so I couldn't see what I photographed. After some serious leveling I decided that this image was a good one;)
It was an awesome day in the Sierras de Cordoba some 80km in the west of Argentinas second biggest city. Spring in Argentina meant 26°C that particular day and some nice gusts helped us to gain some altitude infront of the hills... The views goes out to the west in this image. In the other glider a friend of mine was flying!

So you are "shooting from the hip?" Do you know what that means in the US?

The composition is quite good (especially given aforementioned problem). In any case, the view must be terrific.

I would love to try paragliding (the Mte Ste Victoire?). How difficult is it to learn?

Excelente toma en Cuchi Corral. Los parapentes le dan un justo toque de color vibrante al paisaje casi monocromático... no es facil, por otro lado, la toma dado que los navegantes se mueven rapidamente... muy lindo el río Pinto allá a la distancia. Me gusta la foto, me gusta mirarla... Saludos, Enrique
