Photographer’s Note
Parapente (Paragliding) in the Sierras de Cordoba in Argentina was great. Me and a girlfriend went there and enjoyed a really nice day with nice weather. To the west the Sierras end in a steep slope and when the conditions are good for flying the wind blows the gliders up that slope. When you cross the upper edge it suddenly feels like riding an elevator. Simply great.
I took this shot on one of the warmest winterdays in Cordoba ever. Right in the middle of the cold season we enjoyed 23°C.
This spot where they fly is very i a very rural region and hard to find but if you are there just contact me and I'll tell you. You have to do that...
I took this shot in flight while circling around the other glider.
No PP, just frame
P.S.: Nice lensflare, huh?

I was just about to say to you that you should post this photo. Even as a small fotito is very impressive!
So, congratulations for this capture!
The only thing that I´m not so pleased, is about the black frame, maybe in white would be better... but this is just my personal taste.
Saludos! Paula.

Hi Andreas. Great image, yes plenty of lens flare but in this case I think it adds to the character of this photo. Thanks for sharing.
Cheers, Paul.
