I like the angle, slightly taken from above. I like to see the horse on the left side from this angle. The water is beautiful. I only regret the lack of sharpness on the right side of the picture, the little boy seems blurry to me.
Anyway, I think you made a great composition. The boy splashing his horse makes the difference. Your frame is well done...Good work!
