The color is authentic. The photo was taken from a boat at sunset and the picture is slightly out of focus which gives it a special blurred effect.

Too bad it is out of focus, but the colors are wonderful. I think the blurred effect is less disturbing in the sea (especially left part) which renders it a smooth character.
